“If I could give Berge Toyota 10 Stars I would . I had to part ways with my 2017 WHITE TOYOTA TACOMA It was the love of my life . It had 210,000 Miles on it . The truck itself was gorgeous It even had a 4,400 dollar 7 month old ARE camper shell. They cost of a new engine would have been not the smartest thing to do And I already replaced 3,200 dollars worth of other parts on it . That aside , from the moment I met Freddy In the service department to Barry Fox in sale and to the very end when you sign the papers to make a great new truck officially your - IT WAS FANTASTIC!! NEVER TREATED SO WELL WITH ANY TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. I have owned 5 Toyota’s since I was 16 years old. I’m 66 now . No one pushed me to buy a new truck Meaning Barry Fox or anyone else . “At the end of 2025 we had to buy a company vehicle and we had less than a week to do it. We tried two other Toyota dealerships in the valley. One dealership sold us a truck they didn’t actually have in stock and the other dealership told us they’d match the price of the first dealership if we came in the same day. So we drove 45 minutes to Camelback Toyota where a 19 year old kid tried to add $11,000 to the purchase price after they guaranteed the price match. Needless to say we left Camel Back Toyota without a vehicle and not happy. At this point we had 3 days to find the truck we needed at the right price so we called Berge Toyota in Mesa. We explained the situation, they apologized for the other two dealership’s unprofessional business practices, and got eight to work finding me what I needed. Reilly was honest and straightforward with us. He didn’t overpromise anything. He worked hard and answered our calls even when he was slammed with end of the year purchases. Reilly called us back the following day, he found our truck and gave us a fantastic deal! A week later we went to pick up the truck where I met Sean and the rest of his sales team that worked their tails off to find us the vehicle we were looking for. They had the truck detailed the day I picked it up and they gave me a great deal on leather Katzkin seats that Brandon curated for me. Reilly, Sean, and Brandon and everyone else we dealt with or met at Berge Toyota made us feel like we were dealing with a small, family run business. Honesty and integrity go a long way in auto sales. A fair price and no bs sealed the deal. I’ve owned 3 Tacomas over the years and no other dealership came even close to the level of service we experienced with Berge. We’re grateful to Sean, Reilly, Brandon and everyone else at Berge who helped us with our Tacoma purchase.”
