“We bought a BMW X5 from Antuan Hightower on Saturday. He was excellent to deal with. A very good listener and well informed when we asked questions. He showed my wife through the vehicle on every detail. The buying experience was excellent. We financed part of the vehicle and got excellent rates. We love the X5 after driving it for a couple of days. We will be return customers. Thank you, Antuan”

“Beemer Haus made my dreams come true. I left from New York all the way to Arizona to get the BEST S-Class in the market for the absolute cheapest price given all the features it had. Customer service is A1. When I am ready to upgrade, I’m going to them first!”

“We purchased a 2024 M440i X from Antuan at the dealership. We live out of state and Antuan provided a seamless purchase experience. We flew in, picked up the car, and we're on our way back home. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and the customer service we received. See you next time Antuan for our next BMW purchase!”

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Beemer Haus. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. What really sets them apart is how effortless they made buying a car remotely. I purchased my BMW entirely over the phone, and at every step, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information and photos, and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision—even without seeing the car in person. When it came to shipping, everything was handled seamlessly. My BMW arrived exactly as described—if not better—and right on schedule. It was clear they take pride not just in their vehicles, but in delivering a top-tier customer experience. Buying a car sight unseen can feel like a leap of faith, but Beemer Haus made it feel easy and secure. If you’re considering purchasing a BMW—whether locally or from across the country—I can’t recommend them highly enough. This is how car buying should be done. “BUYERS BEWARE - 2014 Aston Martin Vantage As far as the buying experience: Nice enough when trying to make a sale. Did a PPI and wasn't informed of anything critical. Minus some paint thickness indicating some body filler was used. Then they got pushy towards the end. "Buy now we have another seller interested", "Buy now we are shipping this to auction" classic tactics. Which I let myself get suckered into. What went wrong: Purchased out of state and had shipped to FL. Was put on a multi car trailer instead of a mentioned closed container truck. So he dropped it off behind a waffle house down the road instead of my street. I then drove the car home - 2mis, the only time it was driven. Within 48 hrs the car displayed a steering wheel lock fault. Part of the immobilizer security modules on the car. Which blocks the engine from starting. Ended up finding tools as well as undisclosed electrical work done on the car. I contacted Beemer Haus, asking for assistance which they denied saying it was sold "as-is". I then referenced the AZ state required law in the contract(A.R.S. § 44-1267). Which mentions within 15 days or 500 mis they are liable for major defects on the car. Being only 48 hrs from delivery and driven once. I was well within both those parameters. The car not starting and the immobilizing of the steering column both qualify, explicitly listed in the contract. According to the law it gives them the right to tow it to repair, have someone come diagnose it then repair, or take the car back(return). They resisted all efforts to be accountable or follow their state laws. The tool also ironically has a torx 30 head on it..the exact screw for accessing one of the fuse boxes. It's snap-on so atleast I got something for my trouble. Whether they knew about the electrical work or not. The lack of accountability or care for a customer they just sold an inoperable $50k car too. Can't in good conscience recommend this dealership for any buyer AVOID. Edit for reply: Appreciate the response, at this point it is hard to take you on your word. The discount was due to previous visible damage to the car that I accepted. However I did not agree to prior issues known or unknown(that is on the dealership to due diligence). Whether it was found in PPI or not. Didn't matter to me what mechanic you choose that was at your discretion and I communicated that. Just that you resolve the major issue making the vehicle non merchantable or operable by AZ law standards. I did all the self diagnosis I could given only one damaged key(was not disclosed either). Involving the battery, key fob, steering column, etc. The current blame is due to the lack of accountability and immediate dismissal of issue or warranty(required by law) even multiple states away. I tried to resolve this reasonably but after your employees stopped responding within a week of communication..very unprofessional. I had no choice but to pursue other means. I will go through the any of the regulatory state and federal agencies. Needed to get this resolved or atleast to let potential customers know of the lack of credibility.”
