“Everything start out well. Jaun and Carlos were friendly and helpful. Then things changed, the 45 minutes we were told it would take due to a cash sale took nearly 3 hours. We had pups at home needing to be cared for which we told them. Most of the wait they were nowhere to be seen. We were promised a second fob then later they ask for us to pay half. Because the deal was closed now they didn't owe us a second fob. Only after I threatened to contact corporate office and leave a bad review. They sent a locksmith to make us a fob.
