“I purchased the truck new from Merced courtesy Chevrolet in 2020. All my oil changes and services are done only by the dealer. This last time I spent $2100 on service and a mechanics tool was left in the engine compartment. As we were driving we heard a loud noise. We made an emergency stop and found the tool jammed into the radiator fan. I would expect that a final look through should have been done making sure the job was done correctly and everything done right. If I didn’t open the hood and look myself more damage would have been done. When I called the service person Jacob I sent him a picture and only got a red back that the tool was the mechanics. Nothing else was said back. This was my first brand new truck and never could afford to have the dealer do repairs before so now that I could this REALLY was a let down. I just took the truck a couple months ago for service and spent over $1000. I wish at least a half fast wash or engine cleaning would get done. I believe if the engine is clean then the job was done right. I’m very unsatisfied. David Padilla”
