“My mom just had a horrible experience with this dealer and I’m pretty sure most of the reviews here are fake. First off Leo the salesman there tried to take advantage of her because she doesn’t speak English and tried to force her to get $400 auto insurance from his friend when she called me and I advised her not to do it he got mad and threw the lien holder paper at her. He gave her the wrong paperwork and called back a couple of weeks later and told her the loan didn’t go thru and she had to return the car. Once again tried to take advantage of her not knowing English and told her she needed a co-signer when I refused to give them my info to co-sign for her they demanded the car back and said she would only get $1200 back out of the $3600 she put down due to the days she used the car. They are rude, don’t disclosed info and will take advantage of you please do yourself a favor and avoid coming here”

“Ongoing Registration Issues and Unsatisfactory Customer Service My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Auto Resources with the understanding, both verbally and in writing, that the dealership would handle the vehicle registration, tags, and associated fees.
Unfortunately, our tags never arrived. After contacting the DMV, we were informed that there are outstanding back fees associated with the vehicle. Since learning this, we have repeatedly contacted the dealership seeking clarification and assistance. However, each time we call, we are either told that there is nothing they can do or our concerns are not adequately addressed. The level of customer service we have received has been disappointing and has left us feeling ignored rather than supported.
Had we known about these registration issues and the lack of post-sale assistance, we would not have proceeded with the purchase. We relied on the dealership’s written agreement stating that these matters would be taken care of, and we expected that commitment to be honored.
Both my wife and I work full-time during the week, making it difficult to repeatedly visit the DMV and spend additional time resolving an issue that we were assured would be handled by the dealership. This situation has created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for our family.
We are requesting that Auto Resources promptly resolve the registration and fee issues in accordance with the agreement made at the time of sale. If this matter is not addressed in a timely manner, we will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and explore any other available options to protect our rights as consumers.
It is unfortunate that the level of service we received during the sales process has not continued after the purchase. Building trust with customers should not end once the sale is completed. We hope the dealership will take responsibility for this matter and work toward a satisfactory resolution.”

“Went here to trade in my recently posted 2016 subaru outback for a 2021 Chevy Traverse. First off, the previous bank I had gotten my Subaru through has not gotten the payoff check and it is in the same state just a few hours away. I have called multiple times to figure out what is going on. I spoke to the lady who cuts checks around the 15th(3-15-26). She said the contract was finalized on the 11th of this month(3/11/26) and the check wouldn'tbe cut until then. Today is Monday (3/31/26) and at this point nobody is answering my calls and they already have my old car up for sale so I've pretty much had to make 1 payment so far and it's about to be a second payment. I actually got the Chevy around the 2nd of March. No issues with the car for the most part except they claim it's never been in an accident which was an obvious lie. It just wasn't reported on carfax. I originally was working with Joseph but someone else came in to help with the sale. When I pointed out another accident it had been in he started taking pics like they didn't even know it had happened which led to me finding out the backup sensors were damaged after I had taken it home. They offered to look at the vehicle but said they don't have to repair it since they are a used car dealership. That part wasn't really a huge deal but I thought I should include it anyway. I wouldn't recommend them at all and definitely look very closely at what your getting. I also would not recommend doing a trade in with these people they don't like returning phone calls, are very sneaky and wash their hands of you as soon as they get the sale.”

“We had an excellent experience at Auto Resources thanks to Mike. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision and explained everything clearly. This was one of the easiest car-buying experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike!”
