“Mentor Nissan was a pleasure to work with in leasing our new Murano. Having previously worked in car sales and knowing how a lot of dealerships do business it was a pleasure working with the Mentor team in every way.
We were treated fairly and honestly, there was none of the pushy tactics people normally experience when purchasing new vehicles. We highly recommend Mentor Nissan if you are considering a new vehicle . Ask for Domenic.”

“On Jan 8, 2026, I received a call from Ryan Falls at Mentor Nissan inquiring about the 2022 Lexus GX460. On Jan 10, 2026, we had appointed schedule for test driving 2022 Lexus GX460 at noon. On our way up Brian, the pre-owned sales manager had called me and wanted to go over few things before I came to Mentor Nissan dealership. I told Brian that we have already left Canal Winchester OH and we are already on our way up there to test drive that GX. Brian explains to me what is going on at GX and wants to be honest, and they will make it right on the vehicle.
Once I got to Mentor Nissan and spoke with Ryan and he showed me what was going on and that they would replace few things on GX before I took it home. I was able to test drove it and fell in love with Lexus GX460 anyway. I asked Ryan if I trade in my 2008 Lexus RX350 then I will have to drive back up to Mentor Nissan Oh which is 2 hours of driving. Ryan spoked to his manager Brian and agreed to rent out 2025 Nissan Mentor vehicle, and they will deliver my GX after they fix it and detail and wash it too.
On Jan 20, 2026, my 2022 Lexus GX460 was delivered to my house, and they picked up my 2008 Lexus RX350. I was incredibly pleased. I cannot say good enough things about Ryan and the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly easy thanks to their guidance. What impressed me most is that they are always there to answer my questions no matter how big or small. Their patience, expertise, and commitment to helping me succeed really stand out. Every time I reached out, they responded quickly and with clear, helpful. I highly recommend Mentor Nissan to anyone who wants to buy any vehicle.
Working with Ryan Falls was an excellent experience from start to finish. He was always on top of the entire time and stayed in touch daily, keeping me informed every step of the way. Ryan truly kept his promises he delivered exactly what he said he would.

“The employees in the service department at Mentor Nissan are amazing. My 5 year old son got sick in the lobby while I was dropping my care off for service and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They cleaned up the mess and even checked on us in the bathroom and brought a bottle of water for him. I have been leasing through Mentor Nissan for a long time and have always received good customer service but this went above and beyond.”

“Overall a very good experience with this dealership, purchasing my first car. Ryan was a very nice and honest man, good to work with, and Gus was very transparent about pricing, and made everything right for me. However, I will warn you, the prices listed on their website as "Internet Price" are only if you go through their financing. If you pay with cash, there's a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that says you don't get the extra "rebate" that makes the car that price. If the dealership makes this more transparent, by changing it to say "Price After Rebate", for instance, or at the very least, by making the disclaimer more visible, I would have no issues recommending this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you guys for the awesome service!”

“Took my car in to get a nail out. Was told it was too far off to the side and it would compromise the structure of the tire. According to the technician, he uses his thumb as a guide and my tire was punctured with space still left after that. Yet they wouldn’t remove the nail. They did however offer me 4 brand new tires for close to $900 excluding alignment. So I’d be looking at closer to $1,000. Told them to write me a quote because coming in for what I thought would be a pretty inexpensive fix to looking at paying close to $1,000 was quite a significant difference. They were nice but another shop I took it to was able to fix it when they wouldn’t.”
