“I can't speak about the sales department here, but the service department is frustrating to deal with. Quality of work seems great, but not much feedback on status, tell me my warranty work qualifies for a loaner, but "we have nothing available right now." I understand they are overrun with work, but this needs to improve. Redeeming features were the waiting area complimentary concessions and they are the first dealership I have seen with a kids play area which my 2 year old loved, and they arranged a ride for us to get home and act as a single car family while they worked on our vehicle, which we can get by with but not ideal.”

“I recently returned to Classic Toyota to have my bumper repainted after the original paint job was done incorrectly, which caused the paint to peel. They agreed to redo the work at no cost, and I was assured by a manager that the entire bumper would be repainted. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the bumper was not properly fastened. All of the bolts holding the bumper on the bottom were missing, and instead of repainting the entire bumper as promised, they only did a partial job. This not only reflects poor workmanship but also raises concerns about future issues. When I reached out to address the situation, I was met with excuses and was told that my bumper was in "horrible shape"—even though it’s a brand new bumper they installed less than two years ago. This feels misleading and unprofessional, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.”
