Now, before I've even owned the vehicle for a year, the battery has failed and left the car inoperable. I am a dialysis patient, and because the vehicle would not start, I missed a dialysis treatment. Despite the circumstances, I was not offered a rental vehicle, loaner vehicle, or any transportation assistance while my vehicle was being evaluated. I expected a reliable vehicle and better support when problems arose. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Classic Chevrolet of Owasso. Customers deserve better communication, accountability, and assistance when serious issues occur.”
