“I was dreading shopping for a new car, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I contacted John Amato Hyundai. Sam Othman answered my call and listened to my needs and experiences. He got right on searching for my new vehicle, a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited. He contacted me back right away and suggested that we make an appt. to see it.
I was so impressed by his knowledge and his lack of pushiness. He put me right at ease. I was originally going to go with the Costco Auto Buying Program, but it had me going so far away to the dealership. The way that Sam handled the entire transaction made it easy to move forward and take the plunge. I am so glad that I did. The whole dealership was clean, warm and welcoming. “I would give them a zero at this point old spark plugs and food in my engine compartment after big bucks spent on service. and car was not even fixed correctly. Brought it back in charged a 2nd diagnostic fee which revealed stuff that should have been identified and fixed on the original work.
There service department I would not trust any longer to do good work.
I am assuming new people as we have not had issues in the past
UPDATE:
Service manager did respond and did say sorry for the old spark plugs being left behind. Said he did not know how the food got in the engine compartment.
And that was about it. Nothing about the 2nd diagnostic fee or any sort of refund due.”
