5/5 Experience with Atch, great salesman, super attentive to his customers, made coming to look at and test driving the car very easy, along with pickup (offered delivery to me out of state but timing didn't work out) 3/5 experience with Finance guys, will try to sell you on bs add ons if you don't pay attention. Was about to pay a significant amount of extra money for a warranty that wasn't going to last very long on the used car I was about to purchase. He ended up working with me and getting me a good warranty for a fair price, but buyers need to be aware.

We had an amazing experience at Imperial CDJR! Our sales associate, Kelsey, was extremely friendly and helped us get a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that we feel safe in for our family. She was knowledgable, yet not pushy like a typical dealership experience. We had our 10-month old daughter with a babysitter while we shopped, and she was very cognizant of our time, making sure we were doing okay with time and trying to simplify the process so that we could get out as quickly as possible. She had another associate, Chelsey, training with her, who was also very kind and friendly. Overall, this was the first dealership experience we have actually walked away from where we felt valued and happy! Thank you Kelsey!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Cons, lairs and time wasters. If zero stars was available, even that would be too many! Contacted them on a Saturday about a Vehicle they had for sale, they said they had it and to come by to take a look. We arrived and spent about 30 mins looking around ourselves where not one of the 20 sales people approached us to ask if we need anything. After some time we went to the counter and asked if the vehicle was available to look at. Yes, they said, let them look in their system to see where it was. After a while they return and say they have it but can’t find the keys to it. So we wait still. Again after about another 30 mins they now say oh sorry they don’t actually have it, that was a different vehicle but the one we were interested in would be available the very next day. So away we went, hours wasted. The next morning we again confirm with them that they now have the vehicle available for showing. Yes, they have the vehicle and even provide us with pictures of the vehicle proving they have it. So we drive again 45 mins away from our home to view and test drive this vehicle. This time we’re met with a sales person JP. He’s again going to go locate the vehicle, while we wait again. He returns and says they don’t actually have the vehicle on their lot, it’s being brought in on a trade and the pictures they provided us with are from the appraisal. Again they wasted our time. JP then assures us he’ll have the vehicle on Monday. So a third time we return, we should've realized then not to do business with them, but we proceed against our better judgment. We return Monday morning and meet with JP, who shows us the vehicle. We take it for a test drive and return to sit down with JP. We ironed out a deal paying cash for the vehicle. We leave a deposit and JP says it’s going into the shop to do any necessary repairs to pass inspection. Fine and well, we will return when they’re done. This is where it gets even more SLEAZY and SHADY, the next day we receive a phone call from Matt, their sales manager saying it needs ball joints and u joints, all which are needed to pass inspection, and he just couldn’t do the deal for what we agreed upon, but was willing to let it go for $2000 more. I have never in my life heard of a sales manager taking over and then trying to renegotiate a deal and squeeze THOUSANDS more from someone for parts that are required for them to LEGALLY sell a car. We told him that if he couldn’t hold up his end of the bargain, we were not willing to over pay for the car. He says he’s going to bring it to the shop and see what it needs and call us back. A few days later again Matt calls and says it needed about $4000 worth of work and he could sell it for more at auction and he just can’t do the deal unless we give him at least $1000 more than we agreed upon. We told him the car isn’t worth it an to just refund our deposit. This place is awful and they lie and play stupid games to try to squeeze more money from people under shady/false pretenses. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off paying a little more for a car from a more reputable place with people that actually value their jobs and other peoples time. I wouldn’t recommend imperial to my worst enemy!

Financed a 2022 Jeep Compass from here and Matt was super helpful throughout the whole process. I had a vision for what I wanted and a strong budget and he made sure to help me in a very friendly and personable manner! Definitely recommend Imperial and I will be returning in the future.

Recently purchased a 2026 Ram 1500 from Imperial Ram. Had the pleasure of doing business with Ach. Was by far the most stress free, no headache, no nonsense car buying purchases I ever had. Ach was friendly, helpful, and straight forward. Went above and beyond. 10/10
