“I am always disappointed at how much less welcoming and professional the place is now compared with prior to the pandemic. The online scheduling system is flawed and sometimes loses your appointment. I originally purchased a Volvo because of great customer service- no longer there. The availability of loaner cars was a big draw - now they have none and the shuttle service takes forever…..”

“We had a very professional and courteous experience when we needed to take our Volvo in for major service at Volvo Cars of Memphis. Eric was great to work with and quick to communicate what they were finding and what that meant for the timeline of the completion of the work and its costs. He and the technician listened to my concerns and checked into all that I asked. We are very happy with the quality of the work and how well our Volvo is now running. 10/10 experience”
