“This is our second Subaru and replaces a 10 year old Crosstrek that we truly put through its paces racking up 190,000+ miles and served us well. When we decided it was time for a newer one, we initially decided to go with a larger model. Jason Tao, Caleb Davis, Alan Ellis, and Josh Grimes were extremely helpful and made our car buying experience a success. Initially, we purchased an Outback only to realize the next day that the larger model wasn’t better for us. All four Subaru staff were understanding and helped us seamlessly switch to a Crosstrek. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the different trim levels and additional options of each model. He thoughtfully advised on which ones might be better suited to our needs and facilitated test drives of all that we asked to try.
