“Bought a brand new 2024 chevy traverse off of this lot. Many problems from vehicle since we drove it off the lot. DONT BUY A TRAVERSE! As of right now its in the service shop. The brake pad sensors shows my front at 0% and the back at 28%. I looked at the brake pads myself and they are still 90% if not better. The brake pad sensors stick out further then the brakes themselves so they rub off smooth before the brakes even get touched?! Clearly this is a issue because the guy at the desk says hes seen many of the same issues come in one after another. Manufacturer problem not the driver or buyer. We bought the best extended warranty bumper to bumper coverage, whatever you wanna call it for simple stuff like this to get fixed. They tell me after 7500 miles bumper to bumper does not cover the brakes anymore..I DONT NEED BRAKES I NEED THE BRAKE PAD SENSORS!!!! Then they tell me, the brake pad sensors come WITH the brake pads, You have to do them together. After a day with them trying to get warranty people to pay to fix it, Now im being told they changed the board of how they do things with the brakes and sensors.. now all of a sudden they dont have to replace anything and all they have to do is reprogram the computer to reset the life of the sensors?! But guess what?!?! The warranty people dont wanna pay to do that?! WTH people. I will never in my life buy this warranty crap if they fight everything and dont fix crap. Something needs to happen, or i promise, you will see me at the corner of this lot on the public sidewalk of covington pike protesting and holding signs telling everyone that drives by, NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOT!!!”
