“Auto Nation Nissan turned my oven back into a car. The AC had been broken for 4 years, and then the driver side window wouldn’t open. The car became an oven on those super hot Memphis summer days. Im very grateful for their excellent repair. The new AC and window work perfectly. The cost was steep, almost 2 grand. The only real gripe I had is the way service treated me after the car was ready and we were there to pick it up. They ordered me to only deal with the person I dropped the car off with. Fine. How about you tell me who that is? I did not remember, and they acted like that was a crime. They finally looked it up.”

“I made an 8am appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. An oil change and tire rotation takes maybe 30 minutes. They took two hours and 20 minutes. The people I dealt with are really nice. The grounds are inviting. The showroom is impressive. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a nice TV. They haven’t put their Poinsettias away, so it felt like Christmas in July. There’s no point in getting mad and pitching a fit when the people I was dealing with had nothing at all to do with the problem. This dealership is probably just WAY understaffed. The work done appears to be good, but a little pricey. I’d suggest they take some of that money and hire more people—but this is Memphis, after all. There are some things money can’t buy, and quality people are hard to find. I wish them well, but I probably won’t be back. It’s a shame.”

“Do not buy here!!! FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL HERE!!!! 2 HOURS OF WASTED TIME!!! We called in advance asking for a used 2012 prius looking to buy- pre-qualified for a car loan. We walked in, test drove the car and went through the paperwork process to buy it and the salesman came back saying the manager wanted a "cash sale" - $9k today. Something fishy is going on, we wanted to buy the car today and needed help financing for the car with a loan (to pay off later)and to help build my credit score. We have the money to pay for it today but nobody is gonna pay it all off up front, that was not the plan and not what we wanted to do. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful but they should've told us up front that management was wanting a cash sale- they haggled even thought they had a no haggle advertisement on their website, LIES.”
