“Service center is not open on weekends, a lot of us work M-F — BEFORE 9am and PAST 3pm; So can’t make any of the appointments slots. Sucks to have to use PTO to get an oil change. Would be great if they extended hours, at least twice a week OR be open on a Saturday. ****EDIT****: I also want to make note that BEWARE because even with requesting the day off and scheduling an appointment, THEY STILL DONT WORK ON THE CAR UNTIL LIKE AN HOUR LATER. then they take like 2 hours for the oil change. I can’t imagine how much longer I’d be waiting if I just walked in.”

“Made an appointment online for a tires and alignment for my orange 22 versa known as Nemo. Tires look good and car drives good! I was missing a wheel lock on the passengers front. After car was done there was a wheel lock on that wheel. Your tech must of had a spare wheel lock that matched the rest of the locks. They did a great job. First time coming here and won’t hesitate to come back for stuff in the future. I’d like to buy lunch for the tech who gave me a spare wheel lock. Have someone reach out on Monday to coordinate lunch for this tech.”

“I just want to thank Carlos Salcedo and the whole team for being open and transparent with me about pricing, car history and not being pressured at all. It was truly a cool experience it felt like I was in the club with all the music playing. Referred my sister and 3 weeks later they sent me a check. $$$$
Will be spreading the word to everyone I know. Ask for Carlos Salcedo specifically if you want an informative salesperson”

“Went in on Saturday Not Expecting to Buy a Vehicle but within 2hrs I Purchased a New Car. Sales Manager Sam is Great & Treated Us Like Royalty had Us Shuttled to Shop where Car was getting New Tires & Drove it Back to Dealership. I Don’t Have anything Bad to Say about This Place Just Great Service & Friendly Salesman. I Rang The Bell..”
