ā€œDaniel Reading struck me as one of the best car sales folks I've worked with in many years. He took time to answer my questions and worked with me on my needs as the customer. He was personable and honest and that goes a long way. I enjoyed connecting with him in the car buying experience. Props to him for his gorgeous cowboy boots. I love my new to me Tacoma!ā€

ā€œam writing to formally address an issue stemming from my 15,000-mile service appointment on my 2024 Toyota Tundra 1794. During that visit, the technician failed to properly torque the lug nuts after rotating the tires. This resulted in a safety issue where my truck was dropped on its frame causing extensive damge. Shortly after, I began experiencing abnormal tire wear, including significant bald spots on the front tires. At a subsequent service visit, I brought this to your team’s attention and was told the tires had been balanced. However, I was later informed there is no documentation confirming that balancing was performed. Additionally, when I contacted corporate regarding possible warranty coverage, they indicated the tire wear was most likely caused by the earlier service-related issue and referred me back to the dealership. To be clear, this is not a warranty matter or normal wear and tear. The damage to my tires is a direct result of improper service—specifically, the failure to correctly secure the lug nuts during the tire rotation. I am requesting the following: Replacement of the tires Inspection of all wheel studs, hubs, and related components for damage Written documentation of the incident and repairs I would like this matter resolved promptly and professionally. Please let me know how you intend to proceed within the next few business days. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this issue further.ā€

ā€œFrom sales to service, Mechanicsville Toyota is tops. Just bought my second vehicle from Marvin Bracey. He found me exactly what I wanted and got me the best deal. Great experience, as it should be. Purchasing a new vehicle should be enjoyable, not a debate. And buying my new TrailHunter was a blast.ā€
