“I recently purchased 2025 Honda Pilot Trailsport from Mechanicsville Honda. One of the things that stood out was that the atmosphere felt welcoming and low-pressure. My salesperson, Palmer, was a big part of what made the process so smooth. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. I really liked that it didn’t feel like he was in a rush. Palmer also went an extra step beyond just explaining all of the features in the car, and preset all of my preferences prior to pickup. I really appreciated him doing that because I didn’t know that I could change those settings (ex. when the doors auto lock, which doors unlock when you hit unlock, etc). The buying process itself was straightforward and transparent. Pricing, financing options, and paperwork were all explained in a way that was easy to understand.
