“So I'll start saying my credit kinda sucks, I got tired of the dealer run around "nah run your credit with us we can get you approved" enter nick and beans these guys worked together put me in a gorgeous jeep grand cherokee laredo x, they didn't over promise and under deliver they under promised and over delivered. Beans was awsome to work with we had a few financing hiccups and while dealing with it I was rushed around or made to feel like I was wasting their time. “I got an oil change, new wiper blade, tire rotation, recall fix, and inspection/emissions stickers. All services were completed well. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I took two stars bc my jeep has a light interior leather and one of the individuals that serviced it did not cover the driver's seat before entering. Now my driver seat and driver door area is oil stained. I wouldn't care except that this was my first new car. The interior was in excellent condition aside from some crumbs (mom of 2) but no stains like what was left behind by this jeep technician. If anyone knows any tricks for removing oil stains from car leather, I am all ears. Otherwise great experience...thank you Faulkner Jeep!”

“I went there for help with finding the proper transfer case fluid for our RAM 3500. They ran my VIN# and fixed me up speedy quick. The reception guys at the front door were quick to ask what I needed and escorted me over to the parts department. Riley in parts was very polite and helpful. If the shop does as good as these guys did, they'll have us as customers for sure (we had issues with another dealer for shop work). I think I counted 12 parking spaces or so outside the shop. Full house when I stopped in.”
