“Initially Jenn is the one who easily walks you through the process. Kenny Young handles intake of your vehicle. I happened to enter in the midst of a lt service person retiring. Kenny picked up the ball & had to transition. He moved quickly throughout the quoting process working very well with my insurance company person. Together we were a team of 3 - myself, Kenny & Adam (also ASC certified!!) with progressive insurance. In my case I had to manage the process closely bc I only had 30 car rental days & I work on the road and need my car daily. Kenny’s background is excellent, from Jensens Collision in Erie which has always had an outstanding reputation (until purchased by Gerber - hiccup misstating that my parts would all be OEM Parts “at the same cost as generic” which was not the case). My mother suggested McCandless and said they did beautiful work on my parents Mercedes vehicles throughout the years. For this reason I picked up my vehicle to bring to McCandless. I delivered my car to McCandless who completed the job in 34 days. Compared to local quotes which were scheduled out to 90 days - yes. So I am grateful for the speed and the exceptional service, BEAUTIFUL work by the mechanical team, the paint job is as close to a perfect match as one can get and they accommodated my request to bring the vehicle to Honda for calibration. Honda did a beautiful job with their ASC certified mechanic who covered for Rich. McCandless techs are also ASC certified which is very hard to find. While I was hoping for a 2 week turnaround my supplemental findings pushed me out & I stayed on top of managing the timeline. Kenny did a great job managing 6 elements: me, the mechanic, the parts CO’s, the insurance company, Honda, timing. Thank you to this OUTSTANDING team at McCandless.
