A couple of days after the purchase, we did run into some issues with the vehicle, but what really stood out to me was how they handled it. They worked with us, helped get everything resolved, and even offered us some money back to help cover getting some of the issues taken care of. I think that was more than fair, and I really appreciate them standing behind the deal. A special shoutout to Shane — he was great to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he was always easy to get ahold of, and he genuinely seems like a great guy who cares about taking care of his customers. Buying a used high-end vehicle can always come with a few surprises, but how a dealership handles those situations says a lot about them. These guys did the right thing, and I have a lot of respect for that. Five stars from me, and especially much respect to Shane. “Be careful buying from this dealership. Bought a 2015 corvette back in March and paid to have it shipped from Dallas to Longview,TX which is not that far. Took almost 2 weeks to take delivery. Told me they were having trouble trying to find a delivery service. Why advertise delivery when you cant. Had clean carfax and low miles. After having it for roughly 2 months, transmission failed as well as rear ball joints and control arms and battery. It has now been in the shop longer than I have driven it which is almost 2 1/2 months. Note that I never even drove it even the speed limit or hard acceleration. Did buy the extended warranty that has saved me some money but still $6000 out of pocket. I knew the risks on buying this type of car and still love it and it will be my daily when i get it back. But beware before buying anything from this dealership.”
