“If it were possible, I’d give McKinney GMC a 10/10—but since it’s not, a 5/5 will have to do.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I wired funds for my 2026 Yukon AT4 Ultimate, the entire experience was flawless. The level of professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
I live in South Florida and initially met David while visiting family in Dallas. I only intended to browse, but the combination of exceptional service and outstanding pricing made the decision easy. I ended up purchasing the vehicle on the spot and arranging to have it shipped to Florida. That alone speaks volumes.
This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I am absolutely a customer for life.”

“Big shout out to William R., Kendall W. and Niko!!! Highly recommend working with these spectacular people when purchasing your next vehicle. They were super patient, reasonable, and beat all other dealers on pricing! Most importantly, they treated me as a customer. I went to Ewing GMC and spoke to two salesmen, and two sales managers, and 3 had a very bad attitude, lack of customer care, and told me verbatim they did not want my business because I would not finance with them. Mckinney sold me with their care, respect, and transparency. They also knew how to operate the Hummer and gave a fantastic introduction on how to drive it since it was our first EV. Highly recommend this dealership, ask for William R, or Kendall, they’ll take care of you.”

“I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this dealership. I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed since the moment I bought my vehicle. I paid for an extra warranty that included a full ceramic protection package (interior and exterior), and that was a complete fraud — all they do is wash the car, but they never actually apply the ceramic coating as they promised.
On top of that, I’ve brought my car in five times just in the last month for simple things like tire rotation and inspection, and they never do the job correctly. Every time they tell me “your car is ready,” but when I go pick it up, it’s exactly the same — nothing was done.
I’ve spoken with the service manager multiple times, but nothing ever changes. The service is terrible, the staff don’t communicate, don’t provide updates, and some even speak rudely to customers who are being respectful.
I completely regret buying my car here, because they don’t allow you to take it to another dealer for maintenance, so you end up stuck dealing with people who clearly don’t care about their customers.
At this point, I honestly feel like selling my vehicle because of how disappointed and powerless I feel. I even believe that some employees make fun of me for being Latina and because of my English, which is absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory.
Please, don’t buy a car here and don’t waste your money on their warranties or services. What they promise and what they deliver are two completely different things.”
