“I had an absolute awesome experience with the service department at Brandon Tomes CDJR with my 2026 Ram 2500 Diesel! I had an intermitted Check Engine light that another dealership attempted fixes 2 weeks ago (the light came back on 3 days later). I bought the truck at another dealership 1 month ago and had just moved to this area 1 week ago. Took it in, and my Service Advisor Jordan promptly collected my history, checked the previous repair records and told me that it may take a couple of days, but they had a superb Diesel foreman at their dealership. He was right! Later that week, he called and told me what they had found and addressed the issue. Picked it up and have not had another issue since. Plus, they cleaned the truck (looked like a professional car wash), upon pickup. While picking my truck up, I met Shane Potts, the Service Manager, who provided a great review of the issue found, and the remediation actions. I want to thank Shane, Jordan, the Diesel repair foreman, and the technician who worked on my truck! They all did an awesome job and provided superior customer service to me, and they are now my go-to dealership. Thanks very much for having such great people at your dealership!”
