“I can’t begin to express the level of gratitude and appreciation, I have on our most recent purchase. JMar, Diana, Gabriel, and Josh were The most knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, and welcoming individuals I’ve ever met at a dealership. They created a sense of family and professional professionalism. That is unmatched anywhere else I’ve been. We were here to purchase my wife second Nissan and she’s so excited about it. Thank you so much to the bird Ogden Nissan family. You guys are amazing!!!!”

“Gabriel Martinez and Roberto were amazing throughout the entire process. While Gabriel went to run numbers with his manager, Roberto kindly stayed with us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable while we waited. Gabriel gave us a great deal, and both of them made the closing process so easy and stress-free. They were professional, respectful, and treated us with great kindness and manners. Overall, it was excellent customer service, and we truly appreciated their help. :)”

“I have no car, and still owe a year on a paperweight NISSAN
My 5 year tragedy on my 6th year of owning a Bert Ogden 'certified pre-owned' paperweight. The red-flags from the sale were there but when you're excited about getting a new car. You tell yourself, 'meh, I can fix the little things".
The shady salesmanship is its own story but I'm going to speak specifically on the car.
Since rolling off the lot there was quirks, then kinda expected, dead battery within a month, electrical fault's in the lights, broken belt, water pump, etc and then spiraled into this 2015 Nissan Murano has spent more time parked and broken then drivable.
Even when it was running the a/c never really worked, the infotainment screen remained useless or unresponsive, door sensors would send my lock/unlock into a tizzy, and the keyFOB would regularly leave me stranded until it made up its mind and work.
Then there is the catastrophic bits that would happen at least once a year. Manifold gasket replacement, engine block leak, cam shaft seal, transmission slippage, engine jerking, coolant system blow out, and while A/C isn't catastrophic, if you drive in a area the regularly stays above 100 degrees most of the year, it feels catastrophic.
I wished I kept records of every dime but if I guesstimate between the tow's, repairs, and insurance paid while it sat for aggregate 2ish years (required by financing) I've put more into this Nissan Murano then the purchased sticker value of the car.
I've owned close to a dozen cars in my life. And this is my first (and will be my only) experience with a RGV based dealership. It has been the single worst purchase in my life and Ive owned some crappy cars before.
They did reach out with a Generic 'Please take your car to a Certified Nissan Mechanic' but I've done that twice and I get WILD quotes. One sake $2,700+ and another around $8,000+. I went online to voice my experience they started ignoring messages, then started deleting comments, then they blocked me on social platforms.
I'm sure some walked in, bought, and are years later happy with their working car. But for me, I DON'T RECOMMEND BERT OGDEN AT ALL. I should of used CARMAX as I've done with my in the pass, I bought a Toyota 08 Corolla which I gave to my dad that still runs with no problems.”

“My service appointment was simply amazing. I worked with Jayme Salinas for the first time and she helped me out with everything that I needed. This is my second Nissan Maxima that I take to get my routune maintenance. Jayme is really good at what she does and Bert Odgen is very lucky to have such a great hard working person that helps to service customers. A++😊❤️🔟⭐️”
