“I wish I could leave a positive review, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. I leased a vehicle in June, and just a few days later I was contacted because the dealership had completed the paperwork incorrectly and asked me to re-sign . When I attempted to make my first lease payment on August 1, I learned from the leasing company that they had never received any of my lease paperwork because the dealership never submitted it. As a result, my lease has still not been funded. Since then, I’ve called multiple times trying to get this resolved. I was promised a callback yesterday that never happened, and when I called again, I was told no one was available who could help or provide a timeline for a resolution. I was even told I should make my payment directly to the dealership so I wouldn’t fall behind, but no one could explain how to do that or even accept the payment. I do appreciate the dealership saying they would cover any late fees, but ultimately that is not the resolution I was hoping for. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. I’m trying to make my payments on time, yet I’m being left in limbo because of errors that were not mine.”
