“I went online and scheduled an oil change for 10:30. Arrived at 10:20 for my appointment. I did not leave the establishment until 12:18. Never once was told that they were running behind, apologized for the long wait, nothing. Why have me schedule an appointment if you’re not going to honor the time the customer scheduled the appointment. That was a complete waste of 2 hours of my day. Then when they finally brought my car up to the front, they parked behind a car that was in a line and then parked another car right up to the back of my vehicle where it was completely difficult to get out. I had to back up and move forward twice to get my car out from between the two vehicles. Service & time management deserves one star. Only gave two because the lady at the service desk was friendly, although still no acknowledgement of the time it took for the service. Will not be returning here for an oil change again.”
