“I had a very positive experience with INFINITI of Charlotte, especially with my service advisor, William James. He was professional, helpful, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the repairs and worked with me on the diagnostic charges, which I really appreciated. I’m a truck driver and wasn’t able to pick up the vehicle when it was originally ready, but William was very understanding and kept everything arranged until I was able to pick it up today. I also asked if they could wash the vehicle before pickup, and they had it washed and ready for me. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received. William provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience much easier. I would definitely recommend William and INFINITI of Charlotte.”
