We live an hour away so stopping in before deciding to purchase wasn't ideal. She sent us videos of the truck to help make up for this and it saved us a great deal of time and energy. She gave us detailed numbers every time we asked for them, and not once did she push for more or try and force a sale. “Went into service, specifically this location because when I called and inquired they had a road force wheel balancer, and is a truck shop, so road force balancing the wheels on my F450 could get done. Its a process, and usually involves debeading tires to rotate them on the wheel, which, I offered to pay extra for if needed just to make sure it got done. Not only did no tires get debeaded, they also put sticky wheels on weight on the polished side of my wheel. They called for me to bring it back, but I was extremely clear on what I wanted done, and why I went there. And was willing to pay more so that a tech didn't get shorted on performing the service correctly. Not to mention putting sticky weights on the polished part of my wheels on a dually.”

“I had an amazing customer service experience with my salesman Anthony “AJ” Roscoe. Outstanding experience with him. The customer service was also great for Stephon who greets you as you come in. Everyone was very knowledgeable and made the experience great. I arrived at 10am and spent 8 hours in house prior to getting into finance. The general manger, Adam Mohamed, was also great to secure the number and deal. Be prepared for a long day but good quality service.”
