“Gerald Honda of Matteson was a great dealership to work with. I had been researching vehicles for weeks and after speaking with multiple other dealerships that didn’t want to take no for an answer, Honda of Matteson was refreshing. I was able to communicate to them that I was interested in a CRV, get a price quote, and go in the next day to test drive. I was lucky to walk into the building to find Kendall who went on the test drive with me and gave me a great breakdown of the car while providing a personable and friendly experience. After the test drive I met with manager Jermaine who was wonderful as well. They were able to beat surrounding dealership prices and have the great incentive of the Gerald unlimited powertrain warranty as well as a $1000 conquest rebate. The only reason for 4/5 stars is there seemed to be a “miscommunication”, as it was described to me, regarding that rebate and its involvement in the OTD price which required additional discussion and making sure I got what was promised to me. Besides that though, it was a great experience from there and Kendall, Dave, and Jermaine were all very friendly and amazing. Kevin was awesome when I moved to financing. Overall probably the best experience you can get at a dealership these days.”
