“Can't say enough about the people and our experience with Diehl Subaru. From the service dept. To the sales dept. They go the extra mile. I have had the pleasure of working with Jake in service on an older vehicle and he went above and beyond to help me out. Honest and trustworthy! Also had the pleasure of working with Debbie in sales who provided us with an easy low stress car buying experience. Everyone there is phenomenal. The customer service is unmatched. “Had an overall great experience at Diehl!!! My salesman Nathan Albert was fantastic. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found it out for me. Olivia Gehring in finance was great as well. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything. No high pressure sales at all. Matt Coletta the General Sales Manager checked in a couple of times to make sure that all was going well and to assure me to let him know if I needed anything. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Haven't been on this side of a dealership in a very long time and it was one I am more than pleased to pass on. I will definitely do business with Diehl Subaru again.”

“From the moment we called Diehl Subaru and spoke with Jared Ady the Customer Service was amazing, and it got much better! We had never owned a Subaru, but we did know that the cars get stellar safety ratings and retain their value much more than most big brands. The finance manager Tim Smith was fantastic.. we ended up purchasing a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek and we love it! If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable and stress free buying experience, definitely go to Diehl Subaru.”
