“I purchased a Toyota Sequoia from S&S Auto Solutions as an out-of-state buyer. Before agreeing to anything, I provided my full Georgia address, ZIP code, and county, and specifically asked for the out-the-door price. All negotiations were conducted by text message and are documented in writing. I was clearly told that sales tax was included in the out-the-door price. I even have a photo of their computer screen showing the calculated Georgia sales tax (within about $100 of the correct amount), along with screenshots of all our price negotiations. We agreed on a price pending an independent inspection from a local shop — an inspection they initially told me was unnecessary because they had already completed a “127-point inspection” themselves and through the auction. The independent inspection revealed several costly issues, including ball joints with an estimated repair cost of approximately $2,500. Based on those findings, we renegotiated and agreed on a revised out-the-door price. I informed them I would be paying cash via cashier’s check and driving four hours each way to complete the purchase. They assured me the paperwork would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting that everything matched our written agreement and did not re-review the paperwork carefully before signing. Later, I discovered that the Georgia sales tax had been removed from the deal, effectively increasing my cost by over $1,100 when I went to register the vehicle at the tag office. An “out-the-door” price has a clear meaning, especially when sales tax is explicitly discussed and documented. I have written proof of the agreement and will be submitting all documentation to the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs regarding deceptive practices and bait-and-switch conduct. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly review every document before signing”

“Edit again took the car to car fix car has bent wheel and they hadnt been balanced and the lug nuts were junk has to buy new ones. Also the carlot has blocked me on Facebook now. This is absurd please if you buy a car or truck from them have it inspected by a car shop. Im very unhappy 25k for car worth with 3k of problems I that was worth 20k at most realizing the issues its had now. No one from the carlot has reached out to me about the speakers being bad in the car not to even say I'm sorry we will make it right to you or to cover some cost of it. To be a good business you gotta take care of your customers its a little price to pay for repeat customers and good reviews. I run my own business and if someone made me aware of a issue id sure try to fix it for them. Im not gonna throw them under the bus cause or not recommend them but i will make people aware of to check out the cars better than i did. I bought a 2015 mustang gt it was a lil higher priced than it should have been. Ill tell you my experience i went and looked at the car during the ice storm we had. weather was bad but I test drove it drove fine didnt really get on it to much kinda in hurry cause of weather of course. Tried to talk them down on the price they wouldnt budge at all. So I waited and looked at few others over the next week as weather conditions got better. Went ahead and bought it that following friday before the big snow happened on that Saturday which was last week weekend. Didnt get to drive it but home so this past friday I got it out discovered the speakers are blown out in it and its gonna cost professional 1k to 1200 to get them replaced and the front rotors are bad it shakes at stop speeds excess of 60 mph. I brought it to the salesman alex attention yesterday as I picked up my tag from them he acted like it wasn't their fault after I just bought it never offered to help with it or to replace after I paid market value for this car. Well yesterday evening I discovered that someone had done a bunch of touch up paint and it looked awful as I was wiping it down. Car runs great no problems there at all but the cosmetics should have been fixed before the sale. Its my fault also I should have looked it over a lil bit better before buying it. They are easy to deal with as far as buying but im not to happy with radio speakers and rotors being bad. Ill fix the rotors no issues cause I had planned on upgrading them but the speakers are gonna cost more than rotors to fix. Other than that im really happy with the car and my experience with them. But im gonna leave 3 stars for now cause of the radio speakers being so costly to fix. its not right after paying 25k for a car that I have to sink in 1200 to fix the speakers my self. I understand as is no warranty but to be a great business im sure they will make it right if they care about repeat customers other than that no complaints.”

“Had a really good experience at this dealership. The process was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly not pushy. Nathan was great to work with and answered all of our questions clearly without any pressure. After the test drive, everything moved quickly and we were in and out within about an hour, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that there didn’t seem to be much flexibility with pricing or a military discount, which would have been nice. Overall, it was a straightforward and professional experience, and I’d recommend working with Nathan if you’re shopping here.”
