I recently asked for a service that they had performed 8000 miles ago and Beth, the service coordinator, checked the records and told me it wasn’t necessary yet. I appreciate honesty.”

“Made an appointment via the Nelson Honda website for the first routine maintenance on my 2025 Ridgeline. Beth (Service Manager) reached out by phone and informed of the free oil change, free tire rotation, free wash, and free multipoint inspection because of Honda Service Pass; I added the rear differential fluid (at a cost) as Honda recommends. Beth and the team were fantastic when I arrived, everything went as expected, and I was out in about an hour and 15 minutes. Beth informed that since I bought my truck from Nelson that my next oil change/tire rotation was free as well! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Beth and the Nelson Honda team!”

“The girl working the service desk, was nice, professional and very personable. I enjoy her very much. However she ask someone at the parts desk to help me pretaining to my phone which was unable to connect to my HRV. I told him goggle said it could be a fuse. He dismissed that right away and in no way tried to help me. I was disappointed totally with him. But....my experience otherwise was exceptional. Please note this is my 4th Honda all bought new except my first one.”

The entire staff are wonderful people. Over the last 17 years I’ve had occasion to interact with: sales staff (Larry is the bomb!), parts staff, service department staff, shuttle drivers, as well as management. Everyone is honest, friendly, pleasant, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. It may be a 30+ minute drive to get there, but I won’t go anywhere else.”
