“Sebastian was great. Will come back to work with him again. Made the entire process of getting a credit check to being handed the keys to my new car very easy! Loved the entire experience with him. Great job!”

“I had a wonderful experience buying my new 2026 Jeep here! The salesman, Sebastian, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and answered all my questions honestly and quickly. I started the process online and the entire thing, start to finish, took maybe an hour, tops! Financing was a breeze and couldn't be happier with the deal I got. Again, CMA is a great place to do business with. I've bought 6 cars between CMA Toyota and Jeep and cant imagine going anywhere else.”

“My wife and I just recently bought a used Jeep Compass. I spoke to April on the phone and we were directed to our salesman Rick. I was surprised that there no high-pressure sales tactics. Just a lot of friendly help finding the right vehicle. We got a great deal she loves her Compass, thanks to Rick our salesman. Excellent communication and help. I recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Rick and April ..”

“I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at CMA Jeep. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled safety recall and regular maintenance, and the entire process was a disaster from start to finish.
First, despite having a prepaid Maintenance Plan that I purchased with the vehicle, the service clerk tried to charge me for the work. When I pointed out that I shouldn't be paying, the only answer I got was "I don’t know." I had to escalate the issue to the service manager. After a lot of back and forth, they finally admitted the mistake but gave me a weak excuse about maintenance plans "not showing up in the system." If you sell the plans, your system should recognize them.
Worst of all, even after dealing with the billing headache, they completely failed to perform the safety recall service I had scheduled. The manager had no solution or explanation for why my vehicle was returned without the recall being addressed.
It is inconceivable to me that a dealership can be this disorganized regarding both billing and critical safety work. I’ve lost all trust in this location and will never be back. If you value your time and your safety, take your business elsewhere.”

“I took my wife’s 21 Jeep Wrangler in with a check engine light on for an evap code to see what the issue was. They kept it for about a week before they were able to say what the problem was and that it would be another 5 days until the part came in. The whole time there was no communication throughout the entire process. We had to call to get any information which then we were told they would find out what was going on and someone would call us back, which would never happen. We had to come by to get something out of the Jeep that we called and told them we were going to do, only to have them stumble around looking for the keys for about 10 minutes because they were misplaced. After almost 2 weeks of having the Jeep, they called and said it was done. We picked it up just to have the engine light come back on the very next day after about 30 miles. Called them back to tell them, they had us drop it off again and then proceeded to dodge our calls again giving no information for several more days. I then had to leave work early to go into the shop to find out what was going on. They said they would check with the technician but they thought it should be about done. I waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before someone came and said my Jeep was done. I asked what they had done to it since I couldn’t get an answer after several times calling throughout the week. They said they tested everything and it seemed fine and they found a reprogramming procedure that they needed to do and that after several test drives, they assured me it fixed the problem. I mentioned the issue with the lack of communication and it seemed like they didn’t really care. So after almost 3 weeks of them working on my Jeep, the check engine light comes on again the next day after about 30 miles. I called them again and explained what happened just to have them ask if I took it somewhere else to get the code read to see if it was the same problem. I said no, that I’m pretty busy and don’t have time to have someone else check it when it was supposedly fixed twice by them. He then told me I could bring it by when I had a chance and they could do a quick code read to verify if it’s the same issue but that they were very busy so I probably wouldn’t be able to get it back in for about 2 more weeks or so. So now, I’m out over $300 with the same issue I came in with a month ago and I get put in the back because they think my issue that was never fixed 2 separate times over a 3 week period isn’t as important as their other customers. This is beyond ridiculous. Terrible service, terrible communication. No explanation without us having to chase after people for it. Problem not solved and they could care less. Is this really the way you people do business?”
