“I bought my car from Priced Right at the end of November on a Friday right before they were closing so there wasn’t enough time for detailing. The salesman told me that we’d be “taken care of”. Of course there was nothing in writing and that person no longer works for them. However, I brought it in anyway and they still took great care of me and my car. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them and we only use Priced Right for all mechanical and body work, even on cars we’ve purchased from private sellers. Great care, concern, and customer service.”

“We bought a car here in 2024 and had a great experience, so of course we came back to for our next car. Mike and Ricky did great, we came in for a specific car, test drove it, and wanted to buy it. Mike did all the back work to make sure our payments were what we wanted and Ricky has great customer service and willing to show us whatever we were wanting to look at. “While I'm happy overall with the vehicle I purchased and what I paid, Priced Right completely dropped the ball and has out and out ghosted when it came to a follow-up issue. Just before getting into my vehicle to take off, the salesperson sprung it on me that he could only locate one of the two remotes for the car. It was terrible timing and I'd already been at the dealership longer than I planned to finalize the deal, so I asked that they keep an eye out for the remote and keep in contact. No word until I followed up a few days later and they agreed to put me in touch with "their guy" to create a new remote. "Their guy" reached out to ask some questions, told me that my type of remote was back ordered but that he'd do some additional sourcing. He then went silent for two weeks and did not return my messages, so I circled back with Priced Right. They attributed the lock guy's lack of response to "well, his truck died and he's having a rough time," and said they were having a tough time connecting with him, too. They eventually said they connected with him and that I should be hearing from him shortly. Several more weeks went by and I never did. I contacted Priced Right again about finding other sources or approaches to make the situation right and have not heard back. SUPER disappointing, and could have been rectified with a little common sense, communication, and customer service. Instead, I'll now never buy from them again and discourage others from patronizing them.”
