We recently purchased a vehicle from Burns Buick GMC and it was a great experience! We highly recommend working with Sean Bresnahan. He patiently walked us through the entire car buying process with no pressure. We had a trade in and received a competitive offer. He was not pushy or arrogant, but very polite, personable and knowledgable. We appreciated his assistance with paperwork and most especially his quick responsiveness to questions and texts. Well the mechanic was good .Eric and Christian are fine our service was fine. Except for not having a cashier to do the paperwork and check out and having these guys have to chase around a credit card machine do all the paperwork and the line backs up for people that are trying to get service done I don't know why what on Earth made you think by getting rid of a cashier was going to save money all you're doing is putting more work on the parts department that is insane and the poor people kept apologizing I told him once we have a review I am going to let somebody know that is horrible you need to bring back the cashiers and the women in the office to do the checkout paperwork that way all your paperwork will be done correctly. But staff are very nice to us.

I had such a great experience at Burns GMC! Ethan was extremely helpful with getting my car right before the holidays. He held great conversation, made the process comfortable, and was always open to answering my questions — and if he didn’t know something, he made sure to find the answer. I really appreciated that! Also, big shoutout to Rob for handling the behind-the-scenes stuff and making everything smooth. Thank you both so much — I LOVE my new car!

I am not a fan of the car buying experience. I upgrade my vehicles typically every three years and it is always a nightmare. However, this is the FIRST TIME, in my experience, that the process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. Burns GMC took the time to negotiate the deal over the phone due to my busy schedule. Due to my credit, I did not have a lot for them to work with, but they seamlessly got me to where I needed to be. It does not stop there. When I visited the office to pick up my vehicle, they had said they spent some time on the phone with GM and was able to sweeten the deal even further, even though I was already happy with the deal that I got. I live 2.5 hours away from this dealership, and I am not lying when I say that I will be driving that distance every time I need a new vehicle, and I also highly recommend anyone reading this do the same. Special shout out to DOUG, the salesperson, who brokered this deal and PETER, the finance guy who went to bat for me. As well as BRADLEY, the finance guy who also spent a great deal of time working on this deal to make it happen. I do not have enough good things to say about this dealer. Run, do not walk here, to get your next vehicle! You will not regret it.
