“Their parts and service departments are sloppy. Took my truck for an oil change sometime ago. Today, looked under my truck and found out that the skid plate was missing two screws. Stopped by to transfer my paint defect claim, they said that I have grounds for a claim but they don’t want it…. It’s all these small things make them sloppy, inattentive to the details, and unwilling to prioritize the customer. The parts department might be fine, mistakes happen, I’ll give them a try again, but service department really left a sour after taste”
