“We had a phenomenal car buying experience at VW of Marion. Our salesman Cam was super knowledgeable, patient, attentive and just a lot of fun to work with! My kids had a blast which is hard to say when they are stuck car shopping. He helped them feel like part of the experience and always remembered their names between our 3 different trips to the dealership. They were met with fist bumps, high fives and snacks! Ryan was also super helpful when we changed our mind last minute about what color we wanted in our vehicle and he had just what we wanted at the dealership in less than 24 hours. The GM Ashley also went above and beyond for us. We had a unique experience with our car that was delivered and this woman made everything happen and then some. She spent her personal time doing research and was so meticulous making sure everything we wanted in our vehicle we received and more. I can’t even imagine the behind the scenes magic she worked for us to get the deal that we got. Marion VW was super generous to us and made our experience top priority. I am sure they do that for everyone, but we truly felt like we were taken care of like family. Jake was our finance guy and made signing paperwork a breeze. He was super honest and didn’t try to loop us into any unnecessary add ons that would up our payment and he communicated everything that we were signing. This dealership is fully transparent and it’s obvious that they value their relationships with customers above anything else. We will definitely be lifelong customers of VW Marion and are super grateful for the experience we had!”
