“I communicated with multiple representatives at Volkswagen of Marietta regarding a BMW X5 and submitted a serious purchase offer. Over the course of several weeks, I followed up multiple times with both Sarah Walker and Jackson Jefferson seeking a clear response from management. While everyone was courteous and professional, I was disappointed by the lack of timely communication regarding pricing. My offer was repeatedly described as being under review, yet no acceptance, rejection, or counteroffer was provided for an extended period. As a serious buyer, I was looking for a straightforward discussion about price. Even if my offer was unacceptable, a clear response from management would have been appreciated much sooner. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but I believe communication with potential buyers could be improved. “This service department is the best in the Atlanta area. We have a 2025 ID.Buzz and it had a charging issue that was a little tricky to fully diagnose. We tried a couple other dealers and it was next to impossible to get them to look at it. The van would sit for days and not be touched by service and we had to just give up. He understood the concern and got us in a good loaner, got the van in for service in a very timely manner and the techs did a great job getting the van taken care of and working properly again and it was not an easy job.
