“IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD SHUT THIS DOWN!! I bought a car from them for my birthday in January I’m not simple when it comes to car and also in the auto industry so I know what comes with the territory and how shady the industry can be I found what I wanted online went for an initial visit to check it out came back for a test drive this is a 2015 Mercedes Benz gl 550 I also have a diesel in the G series so I know these cars I pointed out the issues and any other discrepancies that would prevent me from purchase of the car stated there was a belt issue needed to be replaced two front tires new not refurbished but that’s a roll of the dice also had a nail in the rear tire and was also overdue for A7 service I pointed out these discrepancies first and foremost before I would purchase was told they would take care of it I’m a man of my word THEY have no understanding of that told them if they fixed it I would purchase they told me I needed to make the down payment to do the repairs understandable but I still needed I. Writing of what work needed to be done it’s in writing work wasn’t done had a service contract added which was later canceled because the dealer sent a check that bounced so I was canceled from the program but still was charged 2750 purchase the car they told me bring it to the shop let them work on it 3 days I had just purchased it so didn’t even break it in belt was still making squealing noise mechanic told me he ran it for an hour no noise but told me the belts were changed tension pulley needed changing had they properly replaced the belt there would be no issue of squeaks but it gets worse I kept losing coolant did my own investigation to find the feeder line was rigged with a mechanical stint hose was manipulated which could have caused me major engine issues had I not been meticulous you have to with European cars so I went and purchased a new feeder line also an adaptor because it was broken off 90$ part could cost 1000 In repair I had to take that car to the shop two times within two weeks of me buying the car for them to flex me the car started leaking coolant more while I was driving that’s how I found out about the bootleg hose configurations why would I trust to bring the car back? To put a Band aid ? Not to mention they cleared the A7 service but never performed it my check engine oil light just came on as I type A7 for Benz is transmission service and oil change which was not performed had they just told me they wouldn’t or couldn’t cover I would have taken it to Mercedes myself which I have to do anyway since I am stuck with this car now not to mention I purchased this car January 16 they gave me a temp tag that expired on January 22 I informed owner of the issue he printed another it’s going on March I have yet to receive a tag for this car I have never In my life had issues like this most definitely not after a purchase I bought this car because I needed an additional for my business it’s not going to make me money if I have to start putting money into it as soon as I get it I’m most definitely reporting them to the bureau for deceptive practices if I could legally shut it down I would somebody is lying In the reviews for them to receive such a high rating very deceptive practices and will soon be out of business I’m looking into litigation in this matter”

But when I sat down to finalize the deal, they told me I’d have to buy a service contract to complete the purchase. I didn’t expect to be forced into an extra warranty just to buy the car. “I recently purchased a car from this dealership. The sales team made all kinds of promises just to close the deal. I traded in my previous car as a down payment. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I noticed the trunk wouldn’t close properly — it looked like it had been previously damaged. Before leaving the lot, I tried to speak with the salesperson, but they had completely disappeared, and no one else offered any assistance. Later, when I opened the hood, the front panel came off in my hands. Although they repaired the panel, they told me that if I wanted to fix the damaged trunk, I would have to cover 80% of the repair cost — and do it within 7 days. They refused to exchange the car. When I mentioned taking legal action, they told me I would also be responsible for the legal fees because I had signed the contract. It’s clear they took advantage of me, knowing I don’t speak English fluently. I feel deceived and mistreated. I strongly advise others not to do business with this dealership. Be careful, they are not honest.”
