“Came in knowing my water pump was leaking coolant. Had an appointment but learned that an appointment does not mean they’re going to look at your car, in fact they won’t look at it all day! It is a huge inconvenience to drop your car, if they knew they would not look, they should’ve rescheduled for when they could look vs. letting me book an appointment. There was no attempt to save the sale, no apology, and no sense of urgency. Clear that they do not want my business. We bought the $200 parts and will be doing it ourselves.”

“if you are taking your vehicle to get serviced please take photographic pictures of your vehicle from every angle while dropping it off because they are cracking ppls windshields and acting oblivious to it! the audacity to think that i wouldnt notice this crack when i got in my car is insane. this is the most unethical, unprofessional, and negligent dealership i have dealt with. i was supposed to get a follow up on them fixing my windshield yesterday, 12/15/25 and hadnt heard back yet. if you can, pls take your vehicle to another dealership. best believe i have videos of my car before i took it and will be providing them to my attorney! this is not over !!”
