“Submitted my information through Truecar on a new ford explorer. Thought that’s what I wanted. ALM Marietta reached out, stayed consistent in the communication. Kevin, the new sales manager reached out to me and worked hard to get me where I wanted on a new one. I ended up going to a different dealer that was closer to me and drove a few options. I ended up not liking the Explorer but did drive an expedition. The expedition has been my dream for about 2 years now but didn’t think it was possible for me.
