“After our move to Wisconsin, Kline was our closest dealer for Nissan service. Kline service staff have always been clear and concise of our 2018 Rogue's needs. Sadly, with it being totalled on Father's Day, we needed to replace our car quickly as we are a single car family. Grant Carl provided great sales assistance without any high pressure tactics you experience at some dealerships. His knowledge base made the process easier to navigate. In short order we had a new 2026 Rogue with the features I required. I just returned from a road trip to Missouri, my average mpg was up to 36.3. Highly recommend the Rogue Platinum Premium for its security features as well as comfort. Update on mileage: tracked at 39.4 mpg on last drive.”

“I will NEVER go anywhere else after my experience today! On Friday, May 15, 2026 I brought my 2016 Nissan Maxima in for my appointment for diagnostics, and inspection. Because I have a warranty I needed a dealership to inspect it and run it past the warranty company. Once they inspected and agreed with my mechanics diagnosis that it was the wheel bearing they contacted the warranty company, and when the warranty company said wheel bearings are covered, I assumed I would have to make another appointment to get it fixed. I was so glad to be wrong when Kline told me if they have the part they can fix it for me today! I was there for almost 4 hours as they finished it a little before 3, and my appointment was at 11. I would really like to shout out Drew specifically, as he gave me periodic updates about everything with my car and didn't act annoyed at all with my questions and explained everything very well. He was very kind and extremely helpful. I'd also like to shoutout everyone who worked on my car I just don't happen to know them by name. I'd also like to point out that not only did they inspect and diagnose my car, replace the wheel bearing even though they were insanely busy, but they also aligned all 4 tires, and also ran it through the car wash. Kline has a very welcoming atmosphere and very friendly, and helpful staff. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting area *i'd know as I was there for close to 4 hours ;) * It was by far the best experience i've ever had when dealing with my car which was amazing as getting anything repaired with a car is pretty much always stressful!
