“Your math doesn't add up, and I have the receipts to prove it. I bought the car on August 29th, 2025 with 55,000 miles. The turbo was replaced around September 19th—three weeks later, not six months. That wasn't you "going above and beyond," it was written into my contract before I signed. I drove it to 60,000 miles, had maintenance done, and that's when they found the coolant leak. I brought it straight back to you since you'd just worked on it weeks prior. I didn't put 12,000 miles on that car. I put 5,000 miles on it. The engine failed within weeks of leaving your shop, not half a year later. When I brought it back, Junior told me there was no leak. My brother was standing right there and heard it. Weeks later, that same leak caused $10,000 in timing damage. And that $2,500 extended warranty you sold me? Multiple shops tried to use it on my behalf, including Motorwerks and German Auto Works. Every single claim was denied. Zero coverage. This isn't about a machine wearing out over six months. This is about your shop missing a leak during service, denying it to my face, and the engine imploding 3 months later. I have the paperwork for the purchase, the turbo job, the maintenance visit where the leak was found, and the $10,000 repair that followed. To anyone reading this: Check the odometer math. 55k to 60k isn't 12,000 miles. And that warranty they upsell you? Make sure you know what it actually covers, because when multiple independent shops confirmed catastrophic failure, it paid for nothing.”
