I am writing to formally commend the exceptional service I received during my recent visit for the maintenance of my Infiniti QX50. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, the professionalism and attentiveness of your staff were immediately apparent. Every inquiry I had was addressed with clarity and thoroughness, ensuring a seamless intake process. While awaiting a specific part, which unfortunately incurred a delay, the proactive communication from your team was truly outstanding. I received consistent, almost daily updates on its status, which profoundly minimized any potential inconvenience and fostered a strong sense of trust. This commitment to transparency was greatly valued. Furthermore, the provision of a complimentary loaner vehicle, specifically a 2026 Infiniti QX60, was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that significantly mitigated any disruption to my daily commitments. This act of service excellence ensured that my routine remained uninterrupted during the waiting period. Driving the QX60 was an absolute revelation; its refined performance offered an exceptionally smooth and quiet ride, characterized by remarkably low wind noise. The intuitive and cutting-edge technological features, coupled with the superior acoustic experience delivered by the high-performance Klipsch Premiere audio system, made every journey an unexpected pleasure. This entire experience has not merely met but profoundly exceeded my expectations for customer service. I am profoundly grateful for the exemplary care and consideration demonstrated by Holman Infiniti. Such dedication to client satisfaction undoubtedly sets your dealership apart as a truly top-tier establishment.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with this dealership. I was looking at a car and expressed interest in it with constant communication for a week. I had everything set up and then I called to make sure they took over-the-counter debit payments as a form of a down payment. The woman I spoke to told me that they only take cashier's checks or up to $2,500 wire transfers if you financed with them. As a result of this, I rescheduled my 9am appointment for the next day to 5pm to wait for the cashier's check to arrive. I had an Uber ready as the drive is over an hour away. The morning of the appointment, my salesperson called and let me know that another appointment for the same car was scheduled an hour before mine, and that it would be best if I could get there early. I let him know that I was waiting for my cashier's check when he informed me that they DO in fact take debit and personal checks. That meant I could have kept my 9am appointment, kept my money in my account, and had the car if only the employee I spoke to was educated on the subject. Now, I had to make some calls for the down payment and called back to let him know that I could make it for 2pm. He didn't answer so I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes before I was scheduled to leave to make it for 2pm, I got a call from the salesperson letting me know that the other appointment had shown up super early and that they were already looking at the car. I canceled my Uber, took the $25 cancellation fee, and waited to see if the vehicle sold. He sent me an email a bit later saying nothing was concrete and that he would get back to me. The day ended with no other communications and I assumed the car had sold. I spoke to James, their lead salesperson, and he let me know the information I received about the down payment was incorrect and that the team had been informed. He also let me know that, in this scenario, it is salesperson versus salesperson on whoever can get their appointment there first to seal the deal. It's unfortunate, as it seems that the employee incentives are designed to screw over people who want to/have to wait to see a car and do not have the ability or interest in buying a car on the spot. It also seems unfair to the salespeople who put in time and effort into trying to make a deal just to have a coworker make the deal first. I suppose it's the risk they take, but it's a very tense atmosphere for customers and explains why salespeople are keen on making a deal quickly. All in all, the miscommunication, misinformation, and employee incentives led to me missing out on a car that I really wanted, but it's a teaching moment for us both.

Recently visited this location and absolutely loved it. I want to add some context that I live and hour away. So to come here it was a big deal. The offer and treatment I received was wonderful. I purchase my car and love it. The attention to detail and openness I appreciate it. The sales team explains everything and makes sure your understand what your getting into and singing. Only con is better snacks for guest who wait. Overall I would definitely come back and upgrade. Tev and finance department were patient and respectful. I appreciate them helping me through the process of buying my 1st car. I would definitely recommend.

I usually go to this provider for oil changes and repairs. All of the staff are extremely friendly and have even provided me with an office to study in (since I am a full time student.) I usually never submit reviews, but this specific Infiniti location deserves all the recognition! My service never takes too long, anything I have a question about is always answered, and they hold you accountable for making sure you’re getting your oil changes on time! Thank you John + Christine!
