“This dealership gets a 5 star primarily because the sales representative Chris Long went above and beyond. Was buying my daughter's 1st car and Chris was helpful and honest. And when their was an issue with the car shortly after it being detailed, he made sure it was rectified promptly. Chris is an asset to this company and deserves recognition. See him if you plan on buying a vehicle. A true salesman with integrity!”

“Charged me $249 just to diagnose problem then dealership tried to scam me by telling me I needed two headlamp assemblies for $1918 (see photo) Took car to local mechanic for 2nd opinion. Car fixed in 30 minutes for $40 as it was merely two burnt out bulbs!!!!! Confronted dealership whose service manager back peddled when i showed him the burnt out bulbs and he made BS excuses and tried to offer me free oil change coupon as restitution! Not sure i can trust them to do an oil change correctly at this point! Trust and loyalty has been broken big time. I won't be back to this dealership and advise others to question their advice and what they are being told. I am contacting Ford corporate and local media to investigate the corrupt practices. I am sure I am not the only victim- i was just smart enough to catch them and confront them. Even had a Ford employee told me they do this all the time. I am appalled!”
