Thanks to him, I drove home in my 2025 Acura TLX A-Spec, which is truly my dream car; and I got it at an amazing price. The car itself is incredible, sleek, powerful, and everything I hoped for, but Abraham is what made the entire experience unforgettable.
From the very beginning, Abraham was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with every part of the process. “Nice location visually, spacious and bright.
Car was done in a timely manner.
But I had a negative experience with advisor, Ryan. Car was looked at the day prior and someone left a food wrapper on floor mat. I brought this to the attention of Ryan when bringing my car in next day for service and he dismissed it, saying "no, no body was eating in there" and walked away.
He did not bother to look into the situation and was confident in his response.
I did not inform Ryan to get something out of it but the mere fact that trash should not be left in anyone's vehicle, especially food.
End of service, he was aware I was not happy and offered to "make it right" by providing a detail free of charge. No thank you.
It should have been corrected professionally from the start when I first mentioned it with a simple "sorry that happened".
Overall, if you want fast service and subpar customer service, this is the place for you.
11/15/25 .IN ADDITION TO WHAT JUST HAPPENED I NOTICED MY FRONT PASSENGER WHEEL LOCKS ARE MISSING A WEEK LATER .I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP NO RESPONSE TIL A COUPLE DAYS LATER WHEN I CALLED AGIAN.THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID" YOU SURE I DIDN'T LOSE IT BEFORE COMING TO US"HE SAID HE SPOKE TO THE MECHANIC AND HE DIDN'T TAKE THE WHEEL OFF TO REPLACE MY OIL PRESSURE SWITCH AND DID IT FROM THE TOP OF THE ENGINE BAY. YOU CANT REACH IT FROM THE TOP ONLY THE BOTTOM TO REPLACE IT.HE DID SAY COME IN AND WE WILL REPLACE A SET FOR ME BUT IF THEY CANT BE HONEST IM NOT TAKING NOTHING .SINCE IT WASNT THERE FAULT SUPPOSEDLY .THIS IS THE WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I CALLED THE HIGHER UP LAST WEEK AFTER HE CALLED ME ABOUT THE TRASH IN MY CAR SITUATION BUT HE NEVER CALLED BACK AFTER I CALLED BACK AFTER MISSING HIS CALL ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WHEN I COME HERE
