“It was my first time purchasing a car. Toyota really made it a great experience for me the moment I walked through the doors. Vadnell greeted me with a smile and a handshake making me feel welcomed. I instantly knew I was in good hands because he made me feel comfortable inside. He’s a really good listener and very understanding, even when I asked about the silliest things. I told him the types of cars, accessories, colors, etc and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about my choices. He’s a very patient, friendly Salesman.
