Several scratches and cosmetic issues on the vehicle were not properly disclosed during the sales process, which left me feeling misled when the car arrived. What was even more frustrating was the lack of support after the sale. As a new owner, I reached out multiple times for assistance understanding the vehicle's systems and charging process, but my messages were ignored. Once the sale was completed, it seemed there was little interest in providing customer service or ensuring a positive ownership experience. A professional salesperson should be transparent about a vehicle's condition and remain available to assist customers after delivery. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with Eric Pipes.”
