“I had another great experience at Banner Ford and specifically want to recognize Amanda Talamo (Service Advisor) and Jason Lane (Service Manager) for going above and beyond. I brought my 2017 F150 Raptor in because of a loud grinding noise that had me pretty concerned. It turned out to be related to the IWE (Integrated Wheel End) system for the four-wheel drive. After diagnosing it properly, they determined it was simply a faulty check valve — not a full system failure. What really impressed me is that they diagnosed the IWE issue correctly and didn’t try to upsell me on replacing all the hoses or other expensive components. They fixed what actually needed to be fixed. That level of honesty matters. On top of that, they completed a full tune-up, oil change, and 5-tire rotation, and made sure everything was handled quickly so I could get my truck back in time for an upcoming trip. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Amanda and Jason made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you want your truck serviced the right way.”
