“I accompanied my adult daughter last week as she shopped for a certified preowned SUV that she wanted to buy. She had 3 main priorities in the vehicle. I should say that I come from a family that has owned TOYOTAS for generations due to their reliability and durability. We visited this dealership first and had the good fortune to work with SHAYAN KAZMI, an excellent salesperson. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his brand of cars. He was a good listener and did not try to pressure my daughter into anything she didn’t want. He gave great advice to her. To satisfy her curiosity she wanted to visit another car Brand’s dealership. She told Shayan that and he encouraged her to do so. It was obvious that he knew his product and loved it. He said we’d be back and we were-to buy the SUV we saw there! When we visited the other dealership, everything about it wasn’t even close to Toyota City and Shayan. Even the customer service was excellent and the day we came to pick up the car was smooth. I totally and wholeheartedly recommend Toyota City and Shayan Kazmi. You just cannot go wrong!”
