“Andy, service advisor for Russ Darrow, has help me several times with my granddaughter’s Cx5, and it greatly appreciated. After many years of having my cars serviced at different dealerships, I can said that this dealership has been one of the top service centers. It’s easy to get an appointment, when something needs repair, they (Andy) explains it nicely and work is also satisfactory. As with most car service centers, the cost of repairs are getting VERY high. It makes it a little easier in that my granddaughter (and daughter) are Mazda owners, in that repairs are less frequent.”

“I recently purchased a car from this Mazda dealership because I genuinely like Mazda vehicles. I’ve visited many dealerships, and in my experience, staff usually speak respectfully and treat customers well. The salesperson who assisted us was outstanding; patient, helpful, and very professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we met the “manager,” Netanya. We were initially happy to speak with her as part of the final steps, but that quickly changed. She was unexpectedly rude, dismissive, and lacked basic politeness, which completely altered what had been a positive experience up to that point. It’s disappointing that such behavior comes from a “manager,” as respectful communication should be the foundation of any customer interaction. I truly hope the dealership addresses this issue because no customer deserves this kind of treatment.”

“Bought our second vehicle from Kyle the other day. He makes the process easy and is understanding of what you want. I highly recommend him to work with. Our first experience was less than pleasant with the finance lady. I expressed my concerns with Kyle on this second purchase and he did everything to make it as easy as possible. Dan the sales manager was great to work with as well. We purchased the 2025 premium plus cx-50 and would recommend the vehicle to anyone.”

“My husband and I came to this dealership at 6:00pm, we left with our new CX-50 hybrid just after 8:30. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every employee was friendly and answered all of our questions. Our salesperson, Chris was outstanding. We had a complex financing situation and it was worked out quickly and responsibly. The whole team was very helpful. I’d happily come here again.”
